Pre-Assessment

Scroll down the page for the Pre-Assessment papers. Here's some tips first:

TIP 1: Having worked through notes, tutorials, exercises for each topic, it is just putting it all together now. Some questions within the Pre-Assessment and ultimately the Assessment use questioning that utilises more than one topic.

TIP 2: It is all about processes and calculations. Always read a question more than once. Obtain the main information from the question. Consider the steps required to 'problem solve', to find a solution - the answer comes later, it is the steps and calculations through all the different steps that matters until the end calculation.

TIP 3: If you struggle with one question, try another and keep going. Do NOT give up. It is a series of puzzles and coming back to it might help.

TIP 4: If you continue to struggle on a question, break it down into manageable chunks. If there is a lack of knowledge as to a required topic to put into action, return to the notes, watch video tutorials, try other practice exercises for that particular topic. Then, return to testing yourself with all that gained knowledge.

TIP 5: It is all possible; you just need to study. Keep studying. Keep working hard and success should not be far away. Keep trying, keep studying. Do not give up - you can do it. It is easy to think negatively, think you just don't know it, but studying overcomes all because it can be done.

Pre-Assessment

Pre-Assessment Papers for those approaching assessment
PRE-ASSESS ONE ... This one first
PRE-ASSESS FINAL- Use this as a real test before re-assessment and preparation for any assessment at all for this unit - review notes if required and keep trying until you WIN - keep in touch. Important this pre-assessment is used as a test prior to the assessment.
Try to complete both papers yourself, check your workings, then the answers will just be a check.
However, knowing where you went wrong or finding out the correct way to answer can assist with the last polishings of learning.
The fact you are studying with the Pre-Assessment means you are ready to prepare for the final stages of the unit.
